As part of Chichester District Council's continued commitment to improve the service it offers its private sector landlord partners, three levels of support are available through the private sector team.

These are specifically for landlords who are willing to accept tenants claiming housing benefit. This page explains the various options for you as a landlord in order to allow you to make an informed decision as to the service that is best suited to your needs. By accepting a tenant through our scheme you will not only be making a good decision for your financial future but you will also be making a real difference to someone else's life and helping to provide a happier and more stable environment in our district.
