Password specifications
Passwords must now be 12 characters long and include at least:
- 1 uppercase letter;
- 1 lowercase letter;
- 1 number, and;
- 1 special character.

A Landlord can also get in touch via My Landlord Account. They can:
- Query a payment;
- Report a change in the tenants circumstances;
