Password specifications

Passwords must now be 12 characters long and include at least:

  • 1 uppercase letter;
  • 1 lowercase letter;
  • 1 number, and;
  • 1 special character.

View Housing Benefit payments you have received and the breakdown of those payments.

You can also:

  • View a tenants Housing Benefit claims details;
  • View the separate entitlement periods and amounts;
  • View when your next payment is due and the amount;
  • View what the current outstanding Overpayment amount is;
  • View the suspension reason on a claim.

A Landlord can also get in touch via My Landlord Account. They can:

  • Query a payment;
  • Report a change in the tenants circumstances;
  • Report if tenant moves out;
  • Report a rent increase.
