Planning committee dates and items

Planning Committee meetings are held at the Council Offices, East Pallant House, East Pallant, Chichester and start at 9.30am.

Please note: If you have registered to speak, you may enter the waiting room at any time during the meeting, but will only be admitted for the application on which you are registered to speak. The item will begin with the planning officer's presentation, and then each speaker will be taken in turn. When you have spoken, you will be muted and your audio turned off, but you will remain in the Zoom meeting for the debate and decision, and you will then be removed.

You may join the live stream at any time prior to, or after the item on which you were registered to speak has concluded.

If you have registered to speak, you may choose to forward your statement (by 5pm the day before the meeting) to be read on your behalf by an officer, or forward your statement to be held and read should you experience technical difficulties on the day and be unable to join the meeting.
