Introduction
1. This exemption relates to a property where the owner or tenant has left it empty to move elsewhere (not a hospital or nursing/care home) in order to receive personal care. The person must be receiving care due to old age, disablement, illness, past or present alcohol or drug dependence, or present mental disorder.
3. Chichester District Council's revenues department manages personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and is a public authority as defined within those regulations.
