Register your interest for custom and self-build housing

Please read the accompanying guidance notes on the custom and self-build housing webpage before completing.

This register is to help the council assess the demand for custom build in the district so we can develop housing and planning policies.

The council operates a two part register. Only people who already live in the Chichester Local Plan area, which excludes the South Downs National Park, will be eligible for the Part 1 register.

Other people may apply but Part 2 applicants will not be considered when assessing demand.

Please note that applicants seeking plots in the South Downs National Park must register with the national park authority, not Chichester District Council.
