Introduction
1. A person may be disregarded for the purpose of Council Tax if they are 18 years old, and in respect of whom, another person is entitled to receive Child Benefit. However, where there are 2 or more residents at a dwelling who are not entitled to status discount, no discount is applicable and you should not complete this form.
3. Chichester District Council's revenues department manages personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and is a public authority as defined within those regulations.
