Buying bins for communal areas

If residents share communal facilities then specific bin sizes must be purchased. This is the responsibility of the resident association, management company or equivalent party.

Bin care

Bins are the property of the resident. Care should be taken to ensure they are safe from theft or misuse by others. Chichester District Council cannot be held responsible for any loss unless a bin is damaged or destroyed by a refuse freighter.

When your new bin will arrive

If you are eligible for a new bin, we will aim to deliver it within 5 to 10 working days.
