Community assessments

What is a community assessment?

Community assessments use data and the voice of the community to give a well-rounded snapshot of an area or neighbourhood; their strengths, weaknesses and quirks. Many community profiles or audits focus entirely on statistics but we have included live information from the ground, given to us by the people who live in these communities.

We are currently working on assessments for areas across Chichester District and the finalised documents are available to view on this page. We have developed a Community Assessment Toolkit which is also available to view on this page.
