Business support grant funding state aid declaration

A business support grant payment was paid to you in April. Confirmation of the amount of grant awarded and payment method (cheque or BACS) is detailed in the letter sent to you dated 1 June 2020.

This award shall comply with the EU law on state aid, on the basis that, including this award, your business shall not receive more than €200,000 in total of de minimus aid within the current financial year or the previous two financial years.
