Housing register change of address or circumstances form

  1. This form must be completed by all applicants on the housing register that need to inform us of any changes to their circumstances or changes to their address.

    This enables us to update your application to ensure that all your details are correct when we receive your bids. The information that you provide must be accurate in order for us to give you the correct priority.

    Failure to notify us of a changes of circumstance or change of address could result in the withdrawal of a property if it were to be offered to you.
