Reissuing a completion certificate 

If you require a completion certificate to be re-issued there is a service charge of £75+VAT. Please request re-issue of a completion certificate.

Please note: Building Regulations Applications are confidential to the owner of the property. Information/documentation can only be released to proposed purchasers or their solicitors upon receipt of written permission from the current owner or their solicitor.

January 1994 to present day

We hold searchable records digitally for Building Regulation works carried out to properties in the Chichester District from January 1994 to the present day.

We do not reveal documents/information for any applications which have been closed for 15 years or more.
