Chi Meditation Tribe, lead by Ross Edwards BSc DipBSoM Committed practice is the best way to develop strong mindfulness skills, so these classes are highly practical, and group meditation is the backbone of what we do. You'll be fully supported and given all the tools you need to master the techniques we cover. Every month we go deep into one theme, practicing both stationary and in movement. You get a free guided meditation and article after every class. To support our work, we also open up for Q&A and opportunities to share our experiences with one another. In doing so, we feel supported and gain extra insight into the practice. We also cover crucial background material like the science behind meditation, the bigger picture of meditation, and share tips and tricks for effective practice.

T'ai Chi Chih® is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. It's easy to learn and consists of 19 standalone movements and 1 pose. T'ai Chi Chih is not a martial art and is completely non-violent. It is a moving, mindful meditation practice. T'ai Chi Chih does not require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination.
The very old and very young alike can learn it. No special clothing or equipment is required. TCC can be experienced either standing or seated. Some people are encouraged by academic literature that provides a medical case for practicing T'ai Chi Chih. The most powerful way to come to understand TCC, however, is by taking a class with an accredited teacher so that the movement of energy can be felt first-hand.
