Chichester Youth Connections 13- 19 Years service

Young people can experience emotional health and wellbeing issues. The Chichester Youth Connections 13- 19 Years service is for young people aged 13-19, who are looking for help in dealing with the following:

  • Lack of confidence.
  • Feeling lonely or isolated.
  • Wanting to have a greater sense of connection to your community and friends.

Seeking practical support

You may feel like you would like to benefit from practical support. Practical support may help you in many ways, particularly confidence. You may even recognise that you are isolating yourself from others and that you would like to get help. Sometimes, you are not sure how to, or where to start. We are here to help.

Our young person link worker

Our young person link worker can meet with you in person, online or over the phone. The chat is informal and always confidential. The young person link worker will take time to listen and understand how we can help you. You will be listened to in a supportive and non-judgemental way.

Together, a plan will be agreed. The plan will focus on what is important to you, and will connect you with activities, events and organisations that can help you feel better.

These connections could be to:

  • an advice or counselling service;
  • careers;
  • money advice;
  • housing;
  • something sporty;
  • arty;
  • social, or;
  • to volunteering.

As part of your plan, we will agree several sessions and check in with you to see how you are feeling to make sure you are still getting the support you need.

How to sign up to the service

Please complete the sign up form. Tell us what you would like support with, and how we can get in touch with you. We will do our best to get in touch with you within 5 working days.
