Asbestos
Asbestos will be taken at Westhampnett Road only. This must be double-wrapped or bagged in transparent 1,000 gauge polythene and sealed with tape. More information can be found on the West Sussex County Council (opens new window) website. When disposing of these items at the recycling centre, please do not put them into the skips but hand them to the site operator.
Please note that while paint is not a hazardous household waste, it should be taken to a recycling centre and handed to the site operator or put into the general household waste skip. Some charities will take reusable paint.
