Before you start

You will need copies of the following documents ready to upload:

• Site plan of the premises
• Insurance policy
• Standard operating procedures
• Emergency response plan
• Infection control procedure
• Qualifications
• Training records
• Written permission from landlord if you are not the owner of the property

You will also need to pay the appropriate fee. The fees required are on our animal licenses page.
