New Shop Front Grant

The New Shop Front Grant launches on 14 February.

The Shop Front Grant is designed to improve frontages and the overall look and feel of the retail centres and parades in the Chichester District. The grant is aimed at supporting 'high street' independent businesses to:

• Update the look and feel of the exterior to improve and enhance their branding.
• Improve and redecorate the exterior of the premises.
• Remove any redundant wiring and boxes on the shop front.

The grant made will be 50% of eligible costs (excluding VAT) and up to a maximum contribution of £3,000.

We are inviting interested businesses to submit an expression of interest. Please contact business.support@chichester.gov.uk to request a expression of interest form.

Expression of interest return deadline

Expression of interest forms will need to be returned by 7 March. Applicants will then be informed if they can progress to a full application and will be sent the form before 26 March. Full Applications will then be dealt with on a first come first served basis.
