Parking services annual reports

The aim of these annual reports is to look at the work undertaken by the Parking services team. They are published to provide useful and factual information for our customers.

These reports reflect the range of service provided by Parking Services which cover:

  • managing and controlling our car parks;
  • ensuring the free flow of traffic, and;
  • the issuing of penalty charge notices

These all have a positive influence on road safety, and ensuring the fair access of available parking spaces to all groups of motorists.

The 2019/20 Annual Report won an award for Best Use of Digital Channels at the Promoting Awareness of Civil Enforcement through Reporting (PACER) Awards, held a the House of Commons on the 25th October 2021.

Chichester district car park strategy 2023 - 2027

The district council, following consultation with stakeholders and with the support of the Chichester District Parking Forum, has approved the following strategy for public off-street car parking in the district.
