Chichester District Council (Tangmere) Compulsory Purchase Order 2020

Inquiry update

The council has now received the Inspector's decision. The Chichester District Council (Tangmere) Compulsory Purchase Order 2021 has been confirmed subject to the modification to remove part of Plot 8 from the Order.

The Council has published the Notice of Confirmation for a 6 week period from 23 December 2021. The notice can be found in the Chichester Observer (date 23 December), on the land, and hard copies can be inspected at the Council offices at East Pallant House. Making the order

On 28 October 2020, the Council formally made the Tangmere Compulsory Purchase Order. The Order was submitted to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for confirmation in November 2020. The Order documents are available to view below:
